Key Responsibilities
Supplier Management: Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and prices, build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders, track orders, resolve issues related to purchase orders or deliveries.
Quality Control: Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications, conduct inspections and audits.
Cost Management: Analyze costs, identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
