1.Receive raw material requirement from the factory store in- charger and communicate the same to vendors via email.
2. Collect and record vendor quotations and rates in Google Spreadsheets for comparison
3. Assist price negotiations with vendors as per the director's instructions and finalize purchases upon approval.
4.Follow up with vendors regarding dispatch and tracking details, and promptly forward this information to the factory store in-charge
