Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and results-oriented Purchase Manager to handle procurement and supplier management functions. The role involves overseeing purchasing operations, ensuring cost-efficient procurement, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end purchasing process — from requisitions to delivery.
• Evaluate and improve procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Identify, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve procurement issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Analyze market price trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field; diploma/certification in procurement is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related supply chain functions.
• Good understanding of procurement procedures and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing systems/software.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
