Purchase Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team at AlzawiaTech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely purchase of products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, especially in English, and the ability to handle German clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
• Manage purchase orders and follow up on timely deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential vendors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during purchasing.
• Handle communication with German clients, addressing their inquiries and requirements in English.
• Translate technical or contractual documents from German to English if required.
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports as needed.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in purchase/procurement.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to communicate effectively with German clients.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of German language is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international clients.
• Basic understanding of German language is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,522.85 - ₹30,764.49 per month
