Job Description

Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and market conditions.
Strong knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics components
Familiarity with rubber products and oil seals
Good understanding of bearings (types, specifications, applications)
Awareness of nuts, bolts, screws, washers, and different thread standards (metric, inch, etc.)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of industrial suppliers and vendor management
Understanding of material grades, hardness, and quality requirements
Experience in cost comparison, negotiation, and purchase order process
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (mandatory)
3-5 years’ experience in procurement within borewell gearbox / heavy engineering industry.
