Qualifica?on: Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Level: Minimum 5 to 7 Years of Industry experience

Experience; in vendor managment of Mechanical Speareparts, Heavy machinery, Foundary , Casting

Joining: Immediately

Job Location: Pirana, Ahmedabad

Salary: upto 50 K p.m.

Must Requirements Should have Experience of

? Good knowledge about cas?ng & Machining Process

? Prepare and issue Requests for Quota?on (RFQs) to poten?al suppliers

? Evaluate proposals, nego?ate, and finalize agreement with selected suppliers vendors.

? ensure that suppliers adhere to quality standards, ?melines, and contractual agreements.

? monitors the progress of outsourced work through site visits, virtual coordina?on, and

regular repor?ng

? track delivery milestones and ensure that suppliers are mee?ng their commitments

? address any issues or bo?lenecks that arise during the outsourced work, such as material

shortages or quality problems

? maintain reports on supplier performance, delivery status, and project progress.

? Communicate with internal teams, suppliers to keep everyone informed on a regular basis

? Constantly updated with the latest market trends in materials, process , systems etc.

? Use of Microso? Office tools & Presenta?on

Good to Have Requirements

? Trained internal auditor for ISO system

? Working knowledge of ERP system would be an added advantage
