Responsibilities include assisting in creating, issuing, and tracking purchase orders, communicating with suppliers for quotes and delivery, maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other data, reviewing purchase costs, preparing reports on purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and resolving purchase-related issues professionally.
