Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions and procurement plans.
Follow up with vendors to confirm order acceptance, delivery timelines, and resolve delays.
Track shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of POs, vendor communications, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal departments to clarify requirements and ensure PO accuracy.
Assist in vendor performance tracking and escalate issues when necessary.
Support documentation and compliance for audits and internal controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
