Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders as per company requirements.
  • Maintain and regularly update the purchase order tracker.
  • Coordinate and communicate with existing suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Verify and check supplier bills/invoices for accuracy before processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
