• Academic Leadership
• Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation across all streams (PUC/Board and competitive exam prep).
• Maintain high academic standards, regularly track student progress, and implement improvement plans.
• Faculty Development & Mentorship
• Recruit, train, mentor, and appraise teaching staff.
• Conduct regular professional development and instructional coaching sessions.
• Administrative & Operational Oversight
• Ensure compliance with Karnataka PUC Board regulations, rules, and reporting requirements.
• Manage discipline, attendance, examinations, timetables, and student safety.
• Supervise infrastructure—labs, libraries, hostels (if applicable), and extracurricular facilities.
• Student Well-Being & Discipline
• Promote a supportive environment for student welfare, counselling, and guidance.
• Ensure hostel rules and student conduct meet institutional standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Communicate with parents, board authorities, and the institution’s management.
• Lead events: PTA meetings, seminars, parent-teacher conferences, career guidance workshops.
• Strategic Vision & Development
• Formulate goals to improve Board and competitive exam results.
• Introduce new teaching methodologies, extracurricular programs, and learning innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
