Publishing Intern

We are seeking a Publishing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between authors and the publishing team, ensuring smooth communication, timely progress, and high-quality execution of projects from manuscript submission to final book release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for authors throughout the publishing process.
• Coordinate between editorial, design, marketing, and production teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage project timelines and track the progress of manuscripts at each stage.
• Assist in manuscript evaluation and initial editorial communication.
• Ensure smooth author onboarding and guide them through contracts, publishing policies, and schedules.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for author promotions, book launches, and events.
• Maintain accurate records of manuscripts, revisions, and approvals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve author concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Passion for books and the publishing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
