Publication Executive

Key responsibilities

• Project management: Oversee the entire publication lifecycle, from initial planning and development through production and final delivery.
• Content and editorial:
• Produce and proofread content for print and digital formats.
• Typeset materials like syllabuses, brochures, and reports.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and style.
• Vendor and budget management:
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as authors, designers, and printers.
• Manage print buying and other financial aspects, including processing invoices and monitoring budgets.
• Marketing and distribution:
• Coordinate with marketing teams for collateral and promotional campaigns.
• Manage stock levels and assist with distribution logistics.
• Maintain online bookshops and databases.
• Technical proficiency:
• Work with design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, for creating graphics.
• Possess strong IT literacy, including proficiency in standard office software.
• Understand digital publishing trends and platforms

Experience Required = 5 Years above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
