As an experienced Public Relations (PR) Manager with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's reputation, driving brand awareness, and ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a deep understanding of the BFSI industry, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics. - Translating complex financial and industry topics into compelling narratives for media consumption. - Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media influencers in the BFSI sector. - Proactively engaging with key media contacts to secure positive coverage, manage interviews, and facilitate media partnerships. - Developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across various channels. - Creating press releases, media kits, and other communication materials showcasing the company's achievements, innovations, and thought leadership. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences. - Developing and maintaining crisis communication plans to effectively respond to unforeseen challenges. - Acting as a spokesperson during crises and managing communication to minimize reputational damage. - Overseeing the planning and execution of PR events, conferences, and product launches. - Identifying speaking opportunities for key executives at relevant industry events. - Providing regular reports on PR activities, coverage, and impact on brand perception. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of experience in PR, communications, or reputation management. - Proven success in building and maintaining relationships within the fintech, stock broking, investing, or BFSI sectors. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and organizational levels. - Familiarity with digital PR tools and social media platforms. - Prior experience in agency and/or in-house PR roles preferred. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
