Public Relations Officer (PRO) Sales and Marketing

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at Brijrani Memorial Hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, your primary role will be to develop and implement PR and marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's services and increase brand visibility. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with patients, the public, doctors, and partner organizations to drive patient footfall. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating external communications and public engagement, establishing and nurturing relationships with local healthcare stakeholders, conducting field visits to promote healthcare packages, and coordinating community outreach programs and promotional events. Additionally, you will be managing the hospital's online and offline brand presence, monitoring market trends and customer feedback, and preparing reports on marketing activities and new leads. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at public speaking and relationship management, demonstrate marketing and sales acumen, and have knowledge of the healthcare industry and patient relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools is essential. The qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, PR, or marketing (preference given to candidates with a background in healthcare). Referrals from previous employers are also welcomed. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary based on experience.
