Public Relations Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Hospital PRO to serve as the primary liaison between our hospital, physicians, patients, community, and media. Your role will build referral networks, enhance our brand image, and support internal teams—combining field outreach, PR, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Physician & Referral Network Outreach
• Build and nurture relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular field visits to promote hospital services, generate referrals, and gather market insights.
• Event Coordination & Community Engagement
• Plan and execute health camps, CME programs, seminars, and community outreach.
• Represent the hospital at events and strengthen community visibility.
• Stakeholder Communications & Internal Support
• Act as liaison for patient inquiries, appointments, and feedback.
• Coordinate communication between doctors and departments to streamline operations.
• Reporting & Market Analysis
• Track referral trends, field activity, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Present regular reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration & Strategy Execution
• Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to roll out campaigns.
• Assist with promotional material development and digital initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Healthcare Admin, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–5 years in hospital PRO
• Core Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Networking and relationship-building prowess
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Analytical skills for trend reporting
• Event planning and coordination experience
• Mobility: Must be comfortable with travel across the city to visit doctors’ offices and communities.
