Role Overview:

As a Public Relations Officer, you will be the key liaison between Anzen Technologies Private Limited and our external marketing/PR vendors, while also leading internal content coordination. Your role will be central in shaping how the world sees and engages with Anzen whether its through press, events, campaigns, or strategic content.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Manage day-to-day coordination with PR and marketing vendors.•  Ensure deliverables are on-time, and effective.•  Proactively contribute to and improve campaign and content calendars.•  Be a smart executor- capable of aligning vendors towards quality outcomes.•  Take ownership of the companys content roadmap from ideation to execution.•  Brainstorm and coordinate creation of engaging social media, blog, or thought leadership content that positions Anzen as a cybersecurity authority.•  Collaborate with internal teams to spotlight success stories, employee voices, and behind-the-scenes culture.•  Actively scout for upcoming cybersecurity events, expos, panels, and sponsorship opportunities.•  Initiate contact and negotiate terms for event passes, media features, and partnership deliverables.•  Track ROI from events and suggest ways to improve visibility through such platforms.•  Be street-smart and confident in execution refining creative ideas.•  Propose new marketing formats, and keep up with digital communication trends.•  Bring a make-it-happen attitude to the table, with a mix of creativity and sharp thinking.•  Monitor brand mentions, online visibility, and media coverage.•  Align with leadership on reputation goals and maintain messaging consistency across platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:
•  1-3 years of experience in PR, brand communication, marketing, or related roles.•  Prior experience working with PR or digital marketing agencies is a big plus.•  Highly proactive, street-smart, and resourceful in nature.•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Familiarity with tech or cybersecurity space is an advantage (but not mandatory).•  Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or relevant fields.
