Position Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Public Relations Officer who will act as the primary liaison between SK Education Pvt. Ltd. and our franchise partners and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming franchise inquiries, processing client orders, and handling day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally. This role also requires effective coordination and communication across internal teams and with external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Answer and handle inbound calls from franchise partners and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Accurately record and process orders, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain financial records and make daily accounting entries using Tally software.
• Support routine administrative tasks including documentation, follow-ups, and resolving queries.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to orders, sales activities, and public relations efforts.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Hands-on experience with Tally and good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A customer-centric mindset with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
• Prior experience in customer service, accounting, or franchise coordination will be considered a plus.
