Public Area Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, lounges, and conference areas.
• Waste Management: Empty and clean ashtrays, urns, and wastebaskets, transporting trash to disposal areas.
• Furniture & Fixtures: Dust, polish, and maintain furniture, carpets, rugs, and metalwork.
• Equipment Care: Maintain cleanliness and proper use of cleaning equipment (vacuums, shampoo machines, etc.).
• Reporting: Immediately report any technical problems or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Guest Interaction: Be friendly, helpful, and address guest requests or concerns promptly.
• Stocking: Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and other amenities in public restrooms.
• Event Support: Assist with event setup/breakdown in banquet halls and function rooms.
• Lost & Found: Hand over any lost property found in public areas to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Spot hazards and cleanliness issues.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift.
• Teamwork: Work well with other hotel staff.
• Communication: Basic English for reading safety instructions and guest interaction.
• Trustworthiness: Handle hotel property and guest belongings responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
