Role & responsibilities 1.Lead day-to-day academic and administrative functions of the college. 2. Ensure strict compliance with Karnataka PU Board norms. 3. Mentor faculty and monitor teaching quality, student performance, and discipline. 4. Implement innovative teaching methodologies and academic strategies. 5. Foster a positive, student-centric, and inclusive learning environment. 6.Build strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and the community. 7.Oversee examinations, results, and timely documentation and reporting. 8.Promote competitive exam readiness (NEET, JEE, KCET, etc.) 9. Deep understanding of Karnataka PU curriculum & policies 10.Proven academic leadership & people management skills 11.Excellent communication in English and Kannada 12. Strong administrative, planning & decision-making abilities 13.Tech-savvy with good command of digital tools and ERP systems 14.High level of integrity, discipline, and problem-solving skills
