Job Title: Lady Physical Training Instructor (PTI)
Location: Central Academy, BZS Branch, Jodhpur
Job Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Principal/Headmistress

Job Overview:

Central Academy, BZS Branch, Jodhpur is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lady Physical Training Instructor (PTI) to lead and implement physical education and fitness programs for our students across all age groups. The ideal candidate should be passionate about promoting health, fitness, sportsmanship, and overall well-being in a disciplined school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver structured physical education sessions for students from Nursery to Senior Secondary.
• Train students for inter-house, inter-school, and district-level sports competitions.
• Supervise morning assemblies, drills, yoga sessions, and other physical fitness routines.
• Maintain discipline and safety protocols during all physical activities.
• Identify and nurture students with potential in specific sports or fitness disciplines.
• Coordinate with the school sports committee for organizing annual sports day, tournaments, and fitness workshops.
• Maintain records of student participation and performance in sports activities.
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all sports equipment and facilities.
• Promote values of teamwork, leadership, and fair play among students.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or Diploma in Physical Education from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in a similar role in a school setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children.
• Ability to manage and lead large student groups effectively.
• Basic knowledge of first-aid and injury management.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, as per Central Academy norms.
