Job Description

You will be responsible for teaching PTE, including spoken English and grammar, to the students. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making teaching plans for the PTE Program - Managing the class and preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students - Preparing and setting tests, examinations, and exercises - Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students - Offering doubt-solving sessions every week - Basic administration tasks, such as keeping student registers and attendance records - Designing, deploying, and operationalizing a framework for regular assessment of students" performance - Ensuring achievement of PTE Result Success Rate targets - Ensuring minimal drop-out rate post joining classes and high retention rates of joined students - Taking timely corrective actions to resolve all challenges faced by the students - Working closely with the Branch Manager to plan and develop a two-week syllabus for intensive PTE preparation - Attending/imparting seminars on PTE Coaching if required - Handling other assigned tasks Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 1-2 years of experience in PTE teaching - Graduation or Post Graduation in Any Field,
