Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Empower students to discover and express their authentic voice through psychology-based guidance and mentoring.
Train students from Classes 3 to 12 in soft skills, spoken English, confidence-building, emotional intelligence, and real-world communication.
Deliver engaging, high-energy training sessions that motivate students and sustain their interest in personal growth.
Conduct developmental and skill-building workshops for teachers and parents to strengthen the school's support ecosystem.
Lead community awareness programs that promote mental well-being and psychological resilience within and around the school.
Maintain structured documentation, assessment reports, and detailed student progress records for continuous monitoring.
Collaborate with school staff, counsellors, and administrators to build a psychologically healthy and expressive student community.
