Job Title : Special Educator for a Premium School Location - Adgaon Nashik(M.H) Get in touch- hr@lifeeducare.com or 9893958990 Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. Assess students’ learning and behavioral needs to design appropriate teaching strategies. Deliver lessons using adaptive methods, resources, and technologies. Provide emotional, social, and behavioral support to students. Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to support student learning. Track student progress and adjust teaching techniques as necessary. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress. Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience of working in a school. Relevant certifications or licensure in Special Education. Strong knowledge of various learning disabilities and teaching strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
