Job description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with occupational therapists to support children with diverse developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Responsibilities include assisting in therapy sessions, helping implement individualized therapy plans, supporting children in developing functional and adaptive skills, observing and documenting progress, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and therapists to promote participation and independence in daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, observational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
