As a Service Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Hydraulic Excavators, Dumpers, Graders, and Cranes in the Mining Industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Product Service support on CE & ME Machines - Leading a big team and managing Erection and commissioning of new machines - Machine condition monitoring and Spare parts planning - Managing a Field Maintenance Contractor (FMC) team for machine availability - Attending to daily checks, mandatory service, and break down calls - Maintaining records of daily checks and reporting machine working status - Carrying out Preventative Maintenance checks and planning for repairs - Ensuring the machine's working condition with minimum breakdown - Reporting service reports in SAP & Komatsu ICT tools - Coordinating with shift in charge and leading skilled/semiskilled technicians under Team lease Preferred Skills for this role include: - Good technical knowledge on Products - Machine customer database and SAP Knowledge - Knowledge on SAP & OEM systems - Good Communication & presentation skills - MS Office Skills (Excel & PowerPoint) Your focus will be on leading a FMC team to ensure contractual agreed availability, Condition Monitoring, Spare Parts Planning, execution of planned service jobs, Parts inventory, Cost Control, and Safety of machine & personnel at FMC project.
