Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing activities Provide valuable insights for product enhancement Contribute to requirement gathering sessions to ensure alignment with customer needs Validate the accuracy and integrity of financial data, transaction records, and reporting mechanisms Develop and execute test cases to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance frameworks Participate in requirement gathering sessions, contributing domain expertise to translate business needs into actionable testing strategies Proactively identify opportunities for test automation and collaborate with Team Leads and automation engineers to develop and maintain automated test scripts Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Business Functional Testing tailored for USA clients Strong expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience in Audit domains specific to the USA market is highly desirable Solid understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the USA Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Desirable Skills: Post-graduation degree in Finance, Auditing, or a related field Prior experience in software testing preferred Familiarity with test planning, execution, and defect management tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
