Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver structured, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.

Maintain strict classroom discipline and create a focused learning environment.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and conduct regular assessments.

Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress with timely feedback to parents.

Use innovative and activity-based teaching methods to promote holistic development.

Participate actively in school activities, events, staff meetings, and training programs.

Uphold school values and ensure the overall growth of students academically and personally.

Requirements:

Pre-Primary: Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (D.Ed/ECCEd/Montessori).

PRT: Graduate with B.Ed/D.Ed.

TGT: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed in relevant subject.

Excellent subject knowledge with strong communication and classroom management skills.

Dedicated, disciplined, and passionate about teaching.

This position is strictly for Wagholi, Pune campus.

Candidates not comfortable with the location and school timings should NOT apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,514.80 - ₹31,196.50 per month
