PRT Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing engaging activities, and supporting the academic and social development of each child.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
• Provide individualized support to students, including early intervention strategies when necessary.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student development.
• Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus.
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students of varying abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of early intervention techniques is beneficial.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.ed / D.el.d (REQUIRED)
