Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: PRT General (Mother Teacher)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the
Mother Teacher
for the assigned classes from Nursery to II, managing all academic and co-curricular activities.
Teach multiple subjects including English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and General Knowledge (as per school curriculum).
Foster a warm, caring, and disciplined classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and curiosity.
Monitor and support the overall growth and development of each child (academic, social, emotional and moral).
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and creative classroom activities to make learning enjoyable and effective.
Conduct regular assessments, maintain student records, and provide constructive feedback to parents.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where necessary.
Communicate regularly with parents to discuss students’ progress, concerns, and achievements.
Encourage participation in cultural, sports, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure adherence to school policies, discipline, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Graduate in any discipline with
B.Ed.
(mandatory as per CBSE norms).
Prior experience of teaching in a reputed school (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
Patience, empathy, and ability to connect with young children.
Creative, energetic, and adaptable to modern teaching methodologies (including smart board)
