Job Title: Proxy & End Point Admin L2 Engineer

• Key Responsibilities

- ForcePoint Proxy:

- Manage and maintain the ForcePoint Proxy systems to ensure effective and

secure web traffic filtering.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ForcePoint Proxy.

• F5 Reverse Proxy:

- Support the configuration and maintenance of F5 Reverse Proxy solutions.

- Assist in troubleshooting and performance optimization of the F5 environment.

• McAfee Solutions:

- Administer and support McAfee Endpoint Protection, including ePolicy

Orchestrator (EPO) and Device Control.

- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents related to McAfee products.

• Deep Security & Carbon Black:

- Provide support and troubleshooting for Deep Security and Carbon Black

solutions as needed.

- Collaborate with the team to enhance security posture and response

capabilities.

• General Responsibilities:

- Perform regular system monitoring, incident response, and maintenance tasks.

- Create and maintain documentation for all configurations, processes, and

troubleshooting steps.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and

implement new solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our

systems are current and secure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Skills:

- ForcePoint Proxy: Extensive experience with ForcePoint Proxy configuration,

management, and troubleshooting.

- F5 Reverse Proxy: Basic knowledge of F5 Reverse Proxy setup and support.

- McAfee (EPO, Device Control): Intermediate skills in administering McAfee EPO

and Device Control.

- Deep Security & Carbon Black: Basic understanding of Deep Security and

Carbon Black platforms.

• Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar L2 support role or related field.

- Proven experience with the listed technologies and a solid understanding of

security practices.

• Skills:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education and Certifications
