Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and conduct proving tests for assembly lines and products.
Validate assembly processes against design and quality standards.
Identify, analyze, and resolve assembly issues and bottlenecks.
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to optimize assembly processes.
Document test results and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in preparing assembly work instructions and SOPs.
Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during testing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
2+ years of experience in assembly process validation/testing preferably in automotive, aerospace, or electronics sectors.
Strong knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures, and mechanical joining techniques.
Hands-on experience with testing equipment and interpreting technical data.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
