Job Description Visit Health is currently seeking an Associate - Provider Network to join its dynamic team. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and onboarding healthcare providers to expand the provider network. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for relationship building and management. Role & Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Associate - Provider Network include: - Expanding the health & wellness network. - Managing tie-ups, empanelment, and renewals of hospitals, clinics, labs, diagnostics, and radiology centers. - Overseeing activities related to provider partners" empanelment. - Handling provider-contracting and tariff negotiation. - Managing relationships between diagnostic centers, hospitals, clinics, individual doctors, and diagnostic centers. - Updating records and network presence regularly. - Establishing a tracking mechanism to quantify cost savings through negotiated tariffs. - Completing assigned tasks within the specified timeline. Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should: - Be a graduate at minimum. - Possess strong convincing and negotiation skills. - Have excellent communication skills.
