Key Responsibilities: - Research and compile the appropriate application from the US State Medical Board based on the provider's individual requirements. - Collaborate closely with providers to ensure all necessary documentation for the application is gathered efficiently. - Maintain consistent and effective communication with our providers throughout the licensure application process. - Utilize task management software to stay updated on all assigned tasks and deadlines. - Complete the application meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail; submit it to the provider for review and approval. - Obtain and complete any verifications required by the state medical board. - Follow up with the state license board until the application receives approval from the medical board. - Demonstrate reliability by promptly responding to all contacts (calls and emails) within 24 hours, preferably by the end of the same business day. - Fulfill any other duties as assigned or requested to support the licensing process effectively.
