I did not go inside any office. But since it is a government office, won't the work be done gradually? But the work will definitely be done.

The Akurdi office employees are very care less, I have not yet received my PF transfer amount since 5 months, and every time you call their office it will be busy continuously. Those guys put the receiver of their land line deliberately down to keep the phone from ringing.

Service delivery is efficient and grievance redressal is quick. Process is excessively streamlined. And the workforce is always happy to help with correct and precise information.
