Usual Central Govt. Office set up, however now there is provision for Que based Enquiry counter/ set up. Systematic query answering procedure adopted by staff. However one must Personally visit & resolve pending Documentation & Application processes for Preventing Foul-Play + Speedy but Proper Actions on individual issues.

Why still government put this as sarkari this needs privatization. If you know the process and want to withdrawal you have to first sit and wait for inquiry. No matter if you just need a sign you have to wait for inquiry with token system having 500 frustrated people's everyday.
