Job Opening: Chef (Protein Bar Development) – Gurugram

Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and skilled Chef with expertise in healthy snack & protein bar preparation. The candidate will work in a production facility to develop and standardize recipes for a new protein bar brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality protein bar recipes with a balance of taste & nutrition
• Work with nutritionists/management on macro-friendly formulations
• Oversee production trials and ensure consistency
• Maintain food safety & hygiene standards
• Innovate new flavors/variations for market launch

Requirements

Experience in healthy food / snacks / protein bars / bakery / nutrition-based recipes
Knowledge of ingredients like whey protein, oats, seeds, nuts, natural sweetenersAbility to work in a factory/production setup
Creative mindset with R&D skills
Based in/ready to relocate to Gurugram
