Prosthodontist - Chief General Dentist

As a skilled professional in clinical dentistry with an MDS in Prosthodontics and 2 to 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the full patient journey from the initial consultation to the completion of treatment. Your duties will include ensuring timely follow-ups for all appointments, driving patient conversion through consistent engagement, and coordinating care effectively. You will also be tasked with tracking diagnostics and treatment timelines to ensure everything stays on schedule. In addition to patient management, you will be responsible for accurate documentation and systems management. This includes logging all patient information and follow-up dates meticulously in CRMs such as Q CRM and NEO, as well as maintaining records for treatments, lab work, and prescriptions. As a leader in the clinic, you will supervise dental assistants, receptionists, and housekeeping staff. Your role will involve conducting daily operational checks, ensuring timely reporting, and keeping the team motivated and aligned with clinic goals. You will also be responsible for managing attendance and compliance using HR tools like Keka. Monitoring the clinic's operations and maintenance will also fall under your purview. This includes overseeing cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and overall clinic hygiene. You will coordinate with central teams for inventory management, infrastructure maintenance, and consultant scheduling. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain petty cash records and handle day-to-day clinic issues efficiently. Furthermore, you will play a role in enhancing the clinic's marketing and visibility. This will involve supporting offline marketing activities to increase footfall and driving digital content initiatives in collaboration with the central marketing team.
