Proposal Solutions Consultant II

The Proposal Solutions Consultant II at UKG is responsible for leading the technology efforts of proposal teams, ensuring effective communication of technology elements and competitive win strategies, coordinating strategy calls, and delivering high-quality responses on time. As an individual contributor, you will be driven to succeed, passionate about meeting deadlines, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality proposals. Direct experience in proposing responses based on technical and high-level functional knowledge is required, along with collaboration with Pre-sales and sales teams. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead technical components of proposals for core and time solutions. - Follow proposal process guidelines and manage timelines effectively. - Produce customized and accurate responses to proposals. - Collaborate with external partners, UKG departments, and advisors. - Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and product SMEs for accuracy and timely submissions. - Assist in updating database content and collaborate with Proposal Services Curator(s). Other Responsibilities: - Participate in product learning sessions/courses. - Attend team and sales meetings. - Manage monthly expenses and project assignments as needed. Required Background and Skills: - Ability to collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and partners. - Proficiency in tools such as Ombud, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Concur, and online proposal tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Highly motivated and able to work independently. - College degree preferred. - CPP and/or PHR/SPHR certification recommended. - Team-oriented and sales-focused. - Proficient in technology trends and concepts like AI, Cognos, SQL-based reporting. - Experience with UKG products and integrations utilizing APIs, Boomi, and other technologies. - Understanding of SSO, MFA, and security principles in SaaS Enterprise Applications. Travel Requirements: - Responsible for personal travel arrangements and logistics. - Approximately 10-15% travel required with overnight stays.
