Job Description

Role Overview: As a Proposal Management Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to provide logistic, administrative, and content development support to teams working on sales proposals. You will play a crucial role in creating RFx outlines compliant with client requirements, coordinating meetings, facilitating digital collaboration, and supporting proposal production. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Research and Content Management teams to source relevant content and contribute to the overall success of sales proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Support fellow proposal managers on medium-to-large sales opportunities - Create RFx response outlines to track requirements and team progress - Conduct research and work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Content Management teams to source proposal content - Develop an understanding of Accenture's business structure and offerings to inform RFx responses - Collaborate with Graphic Designers to develop proposal templates and ensure proper formatting - Ensure responses convey win themes and address buyer values and requirements effectively - Coordinate meetings and facilitate digital collaboration within the team Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent graduation degree - Fluency in both oral and written English - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite - An MBA or previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous - Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams Additional Information: Accenture's Sales Excellence team offers you the opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive positive change and create lasting impact through innovative technology solutions.
