Job Description

As a Proposal Management Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for providing logistic, administrative, and content development support to teams working on sales proposals. Your role will involve creating RFx outlines compliant with client requirements, coordinating meetings, facilitating digital collaboration, and supporting proposal production. Additionally, you will collaborate with Research and Content Management teams to source relevant content. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent graduation degree, have fluency in both oral and written English, and possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Having an MBA or previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous. You should also demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams. As part of your responsibilities, you will support fellow proposal managers on medium-to-large sales opportunities and create RFx response outlines to track requirements and team progress. Your role will also involve conducting research, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Content Management teams to source proposal content, and developing an understanding of Accenture's business structure and offerings to inform RFx responses. Moreover, you will collaborate with Graphic Designers to develop proposal templates and ensure the final response is properly formatted. Working with the Proposal Manager, you will ensure that responses convey win themes and address buyer values and requirements effectively. To succeed in this role, you should have a home office or work area conducive to productive remote work as per local guidelines, which includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a stable, secure high-speed internet connection. Your curiosity, inquisitive nature, and attention to detail will be valuable assets in this position, along with your ability to work effectively within a team environment.
