Proposal Engineer- Battery Assembly Line

As an experienced candidate with 1 to 4 years of experience in the field of Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant fields with a focus on energy storage technology, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Determine proposal feasibility by checking customer RFQs and providing constructive technical solutions and pricing support in the concept phase related to EV battery assembly equipment. - Support in presenting and explaining proposals to customers and take full responsibility for assigned proposals, ensuring high quality and timely delivery in compliance with relevant procedures. - Lead and manage the preparation of all aspects of proposals including estimate/costing, pricing, technical and commercial submission documents, contractual reviews, and approvals. - Interpret customer RFQs, organize production and assembly processes, and design program layout drawings. Review estimate inputs and supervise the preparation of cost reports and price forms. - Implement customers" individual and technical requirements for the production of EV batteries, providing support in product development and manufacturing processes. - Assist in communication and coordination with internal project managers, liaise with clients for information, clarifications, site visits, negotiations, and feedback. Support and review proposal work managed by others. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant fields. - Experience and technology expertise related to EV batteries (cells, modules, and packs). - Fluency in English with a preference for mastery in other languages such as German, Chinese, Polish, and French. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS-Office, and other relevant software.
