Proposal Engineer- Battery Assembly Line

As a Mechanical Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for determining proposal feasibility by checking customer RFQs. You will provide constructive technical solutions and pricing support in the concept phase in the field of EV battery assembly equipment. Your role will involve supporting in presenting and explaining proposals to customers and taking full responsibility for assigned proposals. You will lead and manage to deliver high-quality proposals in a timely manner that reflect agreed strategies and are compliant with relevant procedures. Your responsibilities will include estimate/costing, price, technical and commercial submission documents, as well as contractual reviews and approvals. Additionally, you will interpret customer RFQs, organize production and assembly processes, and design program layout drawings. You will review estimate inputs from functional departments and supervise the preparation of cost reports and price forms. Moreover, you will implement customers" individual and technical requirements for the production of EV batteries and provide support to customers in product development and manufacturing processes. Your role will also involve assisting in communication and docking with internal project managers, liaising with clients for information, clarifications, site visits, negotiations, and feedback, and supporting and carrying out reviews and checks of proposal work managed by others. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant fields - Relevant experience in energy storage technology, specifically related to EV batteries (cells, modules, and packs) - Fluent in English with business accessibility - Mastery of other languages such as German, Chinese, Polish, and French is preferred - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS-Office, and other software Please note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
