Proposal Budget and Contracts Associate

As a Proposal, Budget and Contracts Associate at Novotech, your role involves developing and preparing proposals, budgets, and contracts for new business. You will work closely with the Business Development team and Project Managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality documents that accurately reflect customer requirements. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing proposals by preparing high-quality materials, collating content, ensuring readability and consistency in formatting, and researching and presenting statistics and company information. - Creating budgets for projects based on client information, preparing other budget elements, liaising with vendors for quotations, and incorporating budgets into contracts. - Drafting and executing new client contracts within agreed timeframes, ensuring compliance with Novotech Contract Review SOP, and activating projects for handover to the Operations team. - Understanding Novotech's role as a service provider in the pharmaceutical industry, maintaining positive and professional communication with external parties, attending calls with internal teams and clients, and updating opportunity status within Salesforce. - Graduating in a clinical or life sciences field, having at least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and possessing advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
