Ensuring compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and policies, coordinating effectively with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and legal advisors, and staying informed about local subdivisions, schools, and amenities in areas of interest are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, attending open houses, auctions, and developer launches to gain industry insights is expected.
