We are already in the panel of many large Public sector & private banks and PSU insurers SERVICES  Valuation of Fixed Assets - Land & Building, Plant & Machinery, Vehicles,  Valuation for Banks, NBFC and other govt., financial institutions  Valuers under SARFAESI / IBC  Valuation of assets for merger, takeover  Useful Life of Assets as per Companies Act 2013 ***The company is looking to hire candidates for following job profile:- Job Description ***The Candidate has to take up complete business of valuation. ***Only BE/BTech Civil or Diploma Civil Candidate can apply. ***Two Wheeler is must. ***Field +Office work both. 1)Profile:- **The candidate has to perform following 3(A,B,C) roles:- A)Property Valuation Work:- 1)Visit valuation site(Site can be of Indore or outside Indore) 2)Perform Valuation process on the site which includes:- i)Collect Documents from Bank or customer as the case may be. ii)Verify all documents on site by site inspection. iii)Collect required customer information. iv)Take all necessary photographs and location of the property. v)All other steps as guided during training. 3)Collect all data and bring to office. 4)Make valuation report in office on the basis of data collected. 5)Submit valuation report to the respective Bank. B)Marketing,Empanelment And Relationship Management:- (I)Empanelment in new banks:- i)Approach Banks,NBFC,DSA,And other Financial Institutions and collect information for getting empanelled in the respective institution. ii)Prepare documents and perform process of empanelment with the help of directors of the company. iii)Follow up the banks and providing necessary information and documents as may required during empanelment process by the bank. iv)Complete empanelment process successfully. v)Visit Banks and do marketing to managers in the bank. (II)Marketing in already empanelled banks:- i)Visit banks regularly and meet managers and promote services and try to get work. ii)Calling Bank managers regularly and try to get work. iii)Sending watsapp messages daily to bank managers and promoting services. C)Team Making:- i)Associates valuers from different cities with the company. ii)Send them Proposals. iii)Get their contact details and address. iv)Prepare list of associates district wise and then state wise. v)Make team for Pan India. vi)Allot works to associates and get work done from them. ***Note:-Complete Training and Support will be provided by the company for all the 3 points A,B,C mentioned above. 2)Working Hours for job:- 11 AM To 8 PM Daily Monday To Saturday 3) Salary:- Rs 12,000/- per month as Fixed in hand Salary. Salary will be reviewed and increased after 6 months only based on performance. 4)Incentive:- Incentive will be given on net profit(Gross Profit – Company Expenses) 5)Facilities Provided by the company:- a)System will be provided b)Mobile Allowance c)Wifi will be provided d)Petrol allowance. e)Travelling allowance for travelling outside city. 6) Training:- Total 10 days Training will be Provided.Joining will be after training. 7)Requirements from candidates:- a)Candidate must have to get verify all original documents and submit a photo copy. b)Bond will be there for 1 Year. c)Candidates can't leave the job for 1 Year after joining. d)Candidate has to give a 30 days notice after 1 Year if he wants to quit the job. e)Two wheeler and driving license is compulsory. 8)Phone call will be conducted first and then Personal interview. 9)If a candidate is selected he has to join immediately.
