The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: -Establish and execute front desk policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service. -Address guest inquiries, complaints, and issues while ensuring a superior customer experience. -Maintain an organized and clean reception area to reflect the company's professional image. -Oversee front desk operations, including managing bookings, appointments, phone inquiries, and email correspondence. -Perform essential administrative tasks, including record-keeping and document updates as required. -Manage walk-in and telephonic queries, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and visitor logs are maintained accurately. -Supervise front desk staff, including housekeeping and office assistants, ensuring their tasks are performed effectively. -Welcome and assist clients visiting the premises, ensuring their experience is seamless, and maintain a comprehensive visitor list.
