Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Dev Bhatia Realty LLP, located in Ahmedabad. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services, conducting property sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and offering professional advice on real estate matters. The position requires frequent interaction with clients, addressing their queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience in the real estate industry
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the local property market and trends
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
