Property Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Consultant who has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sales, purchases, leasing, and property documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant/Real Estate Agent in Gurugram.

Strong knowledge of sales, purchase transactions, and property documentation.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Graduate degree preferred (but not mandatory).

Must be familiar with the local Gurugram real estate market.

Compensation: Competitive salary with travel allowances and benefits (will be discussed during the interview).
