Prooving Engineer

Job Description:

• Participate Technical review meeting with CFT on new product development parts
• CNC programme creation of new development products
• Responsible to change the CNC programme if any drawing changes / process improvements / process changes
• New product part proving and get it FAI Clearance from QA
• Tool list creation under the guidance of NPD head
• New fixture verification during incoming stage
• Casting marking with the help of QA before start machining of New product
• Cycle time optimization
• New tool trails execution
• Team experience document updating
• Machine Handling HMC, VMC & VTL.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of machining process and machine handling
• Knowledge of Brain storming, Problem solving skills
• Knowledge about Auto cad and Solid Works
• Drawing Interpretation skills
• Knowledge of cost estimation
• Knowledge of Fixture design concept
• Communication Skills.
• Computer Literacy

Education : DME, B.E Mech

Experience : 5 - 10 yrs
