Proofreader – Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit marketing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and flow.
• Ensure all copies follow American English conventions and align with conversational tone and brand voice.
• Adapt and localize content for a Florida-specific audience within the US travel and tourism industry.
• Work closely with copywriters and marketing teams to maintain consistency across deliverables.
• Deliver polished, high-quality content under tight timelines while adhering to internal style and formatting standards.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and American copywriting style
• Minimum 3 years of professional proofreading experience
• Prior experience working with US travel or tourism marketing content
• Strong understanding of tone, audience localization, and cultural accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple content files with precision and meet strict deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in remote or hybrid teams
• Proofreading Experience in US Travel or Marketing Content
